Aluminum Conveyors

  Aluminum conveyor designed for harvesting vegetables. Including, but not limited to: melons, sweet corn, pumpkins, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower. Here are the features that make this conveyor great for the grower that loads directly out of the field:

● Great for packing bins, boxes or loose on the wagon.

● Mounts right or left and anywhere from front to rear on a regular farm wagon.

● Stand is 16” high and sits on one edge of the wagon. Opposite end clamps to wagon with c-clamp attached to a pulley.

● AHC28 & ACH281 have a 3½’ long receiving and grading table. 10” wide picking belt with cleats every foot.

● AHC28 includes slow speed high torque hydraulic motor with two 20’ long 3/8” hydraulic hoses. Belt travels approximately 50 feet per minute with tractor at idle. It has a bypass valve and plumbing to stop or slow the belt.

● AHC281 has stop switches on each side. Fully charged 5AH battery runs it continuously for 1-1.5 hours. 15AH 3-4.5 hours.

● Bottom belt return track with UHMW strips is standard on models.

● Painted aluminum side prevents discoloration of produce upon contact with side. Optional

Equipment:

Drop Lid- Removable lid in receiving tables allows produce to fall directly into crates, boxes or bins. Available with gasoline engine or 20VDC battery drive motor for use with horse drawn wagons or where hydraulic is not available. Standard with Cable winch. This feature makes it easy for one person to adjust the heights as needed due to uneven terrain, etc.

AHC280– 28 ft. Gas Engine Powered: Honda with 6 to 1 reduction (20’ belt to edge of wagon)

AHC50– Optional Drop Lid – Installed (not usable on Engine Conveyor)

AHC55– Optional Extension Stand – Raises Conveyor from 16” to 30” above wagon.

AHC4– Optional hydraulic driven brushes (4 – 24”) Helps speed cleaning in the field) for AHC28 Hyd drive only
